DRESS UP has been chosen to be part of the 3nd Festival International de Danse Animée, in Lalanbik - centre de ressources pour le développement chorégraphique Océan Indien (FR).
It is a comment on the images children, and particularly girls, grow up longing for, images often ungraspable, unreal. Images which create boxes to enter in.
Just like the dolls we might have got as presents. Beautifully placed, constantly smiling, but never real and free.
